Shipping Coverage

Samriddhi Healthcare currently accepts prepaid orders for delivery within India. Shipping availability and estimated delivery timing depend on the address and pincode selected during checkout.

The storefront calculates shipping on the server after your delivery address is entered during checkout. If the estimated delivery distance is within 200 km, the shipping fee is ₹50. If the estimated distance is more than 200 km, the shipping fee is ₹100. The final fee and delivery window shown at checkout are the values used for that order.

Payments & Order Confirmation

Orders are placed through Razorpay online payment checkout. After payment succeeds, the order is verified and saved with your checkout contact details and shipping snapshot.

If you close the browser during payment, backend recovery is supported through the order finalization flow already built into the site. Please save your Order ID after success. If you ever need help confirming an order, contact support with your Order ID or payment reference.

Cancellations

The current website flow allows cancellation requests for a limited post-order window. In Track Order, orders remain cancellable for up to 24 hours after placement unless they have already moved to a non-cancellable state such as delivered, refunded, or cancelled.

If your cancellation button is no longer available, contact support and we will review the order status manually.

Returns

The current guest order flow supports return requests on delivered orders. If your order is eligible, the Return action appears after you look up the order in Track Order.

For damaged, incomplete, or incorrect deliveries, contact us as soon as possible with your order ID, issue summary, and any relevant photos so the support team can review the case quickly.
